I have embarked on a seemingly impossible quest.
I want to find a pair of jeans that are loose but not baggy. That are not flared or even really boot-cut but are not "skinny" jeans either. That do not have the word "stretch" in their description. Basically, just a normal, regular pair of jeans! I know they used to exist, because I own a pair from Gap circa 2003. However, I am not sure they exist anymore, because I tried on every pair of jeans at the Gap and nothing was just right. I even went into the Buckle (the horror!) because their walls are lined with jeans! So many pairs! But they could not help me because I am older than 22.
Can anyone help me?? I am willing to go with a designer pair... I've had luck with Citizens of Humanity before. Seriously, this problem is taking over my life.

Every single pair of jeans I own are from American Eagle and I love every one of them. I don't know if they would work for you, but you could give them a try.
I also have luck at American Eagle, but I just got a new pair of jeans from Express that are perfect. Also, if you're looking to spend a bit of $$, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Paige Premium Jeans, so cute and normal fitting!
